Tagging, Chat Streaks, and More

In today's update we're bringing three things you've been asking for - Tagging & Mentioning, Chat Streaks to keep your conversations going every day, and a small but meaningful refresh to drop-down banners.

Tagging & Mentioning

You can now tag and mention your friends in posts, journals, and comments. This one's been at the top of the request list for a while, and it's live today. Simply type @ followed by a name to pull up your friends and mention them directly - they'll get a notification and land straight in the conversation.

Chat Streaks

When you and a friend - or a Capsule group chat - send messages every single day, you'll build a streak together. A fire icon with a number appears underneath the chat so you can see exactly how many consecutive days you've kept it going.

Go 24 hours without sending a message and the streak dies. So keep talking, and let's see who can build the longest one.

Drop-Down Banners

We've given our drop-down banners a cleaner, more modern, curved look. Small touch, but we think you'll notice - and we think you'll like it.
